In certain situations, short-term finance is the best or only viable solution for our clients. Sometimes this may be due to funds being needed urgently to secure an asset, or to give our clients time to implement a specific part of their business plan before putting longer-term financing in place.

We have extensive experience in arranging £1m to £150m of short-term financing for investors and developers with loan terms ranging from 3-24 months.

Capital in this space is available from a wide variety of sources ranging from specialist bridging firms to challenger banks, and private family offices. We have strong relationships with all the leading participants.
